We stone engrave using sandblasting, a popular method for creating decorations and designs on stone. Sandblasting is a process that uses compressed air to force a stream of abrasive material (typically sand) at high speed against the surface of the stone to create a desired pattern or design. Sandblasting is a versatile and cost-effective way to add intricate details and text to various types of stone, such as marble, granite, and other types of natural stone. The process begins by preparing the surface of the stone. This includes cleaning and smoothing the stone to ensure the sandblasting process is effective and the design is evenly applied. The stone is then placed in a sandblasting chamber or stand and the abrasive material is propelled against the surface at a designated pressure. The sandblasting process engraves into the surface of the stone, making the design more prominent.
